Where to start?

Lousy management from top management. Constantly changing department managers who have tried their best, but who disappeared when they couldn't stand top managment.

It seems like the one who is there now is just the right puppet to stand by. Poor people who have had to answer directly to management. I understand that they didn't bother to stand by for long. It's definitely not worth it for the salary Vianor pays employees. That includes the department managers I would think and us on the floor.

Poor pay conditions, miserable working hours, expected to work overtime without getting anything in return.

I don't recommend anyone, under any circumstances, to work for Vianor. Unless you want to work extremely long hours, get lousy payment and a buttload of negative feedback.
